I understand that i am responsible for my own insurance and for getting licensed by the Anoka county health department and inspected by the state electrical inspector.
i understand that i am responsible for my trailer or booth being properly wired, and that it will be inspected by the Minnesota state electrical inspector. if wiring needs correcting to pass inspection, i understand additional charges will be incurred for labor and materials used if the festival Electrician performs the repairs (time permitting).
food trailer owners must remain with their trailers until the Minnesota state electrical inspector has completed his inspection. leaving a trailer that has not been inspected will result in additional charges for the inspectors time.
by submitting this form, you acknowledge that you are not guaranteed a spot at the 2024 andover family fun fest. if you are selected to receive a spot, you will be charged $412.00. due to space constraints, the fun fest committee will review all applications before requiring payment. note that all 2023 vendors have reserved spots for 2024. for any questions, please contact trask angell at traskangell12@gmail.com
