Andover Family Fun Fest is our hometown summer celebration,
held every July on the weekend after the Fourth.
It is run by local volunteers, supported by generous sponsors, and packed with activities for all ages, from kids inflatables and games to live bands, car show, 5K, and fireworks.

2026 is a big year for Andover Family Fun Fest. It marks the 30th anniversary of this volunteer driven community event that brings Andover families together every summer. Over the years, residents have gathered for parades, street dances, fireworks, the Fun Fest 5K, craft shows, kids activities, and plenty of food and music, all centered around the Andover City Hall campus area.

Andover Family Fun Fest is a free community festival held in Andover, Minnesota, on the weekend following the Fourth of July. It is organized by a volunteer committee (a registered non-profit) and supported by local businesses, organizations, and residents.
From bounce houses and games to local vendors, classic cars, live bands, and fireworks, the goal is simple, create a safe, fun place for neighbors to connect, celebrate summer, and enjoy everything Andover has to offer.
You will find most events around the Andover City Hall and Community Center area, with parking typically available at nearby schools and lots.
Volunteer
Andover Family Fun Fest only happens because people from our community step up to help. Volunteers assist with setup, information booths, kids activities, cleanup, and many behind the scenes jobs that keep the festival running smoothly.
Want to lend a hand at the 2026 Fun Fest? We’re always looking for committee members in many areas, as well as volunteers for additional duties. Contact us for information. Our planning meetings are the third Thursdays of each month, at the Community Center.

Live music and entertainment are a huge part of Andover Family Fun Fest, including Friday and Saturday night bands, family shows, and performers throughout the day.
