Every year, neighbors step in, roll up their sleeves, and help make the weekend unforgettable. Whether you love working with kids, chatting with visitors, or hanging out near the action, there’s a place for you.
Volunteering is flexible. Pick a committee that matches your interests for ongoing support. We meet once a month starting in February.
If you’re available to volunteer the weekend of the event, get in touch. Either way is a great way to get involved and make a real difference.

There are a number of ways you can volunteer on a committee. These are a few ideas.
Kids Fun Run & 5K
Support race check in, hand out water, guide runners on the route, or help at the finish line.
Bingo Tent (We are looking for a committee member to head this event this year!)
Help with setup, calling numbers, selling cards, or assisting guests during games.
Community Booths
Welcome local organizations, help them set up, and keep things moving smoothly.
Silent Auction
Help with setup, monitoring items, bidder questions, and closing support.
Entertainment (We are looking for 2 helpers the day of the event!)
Help behind the scenes with stage setup, band check in, or crowd flow near the music area.
Advertising and Social Media
Love content, photos, or sharing updates Join the team that keeps the community informed.
