Photography & Media Notice

During Andover Family Fun Fest, photography, videography, live streaming, and aerial drone footage may be captured throughout the event grounds on July 10 and 11, 2026.

By attending this public event, attendees acknowledge and agree that their image, likeness, voice, or appearance may be recorded and used in photographs, video recordings, live streams, promotional materials, social media content, website content, news coverage, and future marketing materials related to Andover Family Fun Fest, its sponsors, partners, and affiliated organizations.

Parents or guardians who prefer that their child not appear in photographs or video recordings are encouraged to notify event staff at the Information Booth upon arrival. Event staff, photographers, and media personnel will make reasonable efforts to honor these requests whenever possible.

Please note that Andover Family Fun Fest is a large public event. While reasonable accommodations will be made, it may not be possible to completely prevent incidental appearances in crowd scenes, background footage, or wide-angle photographs.
